Return Policy

*PLEASE READ ALL*

We accept returns for store credit only. No refunds can be issued for returns. If an item needs to be returned and/or exchanged you must notify us within 7 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original sealed box or packaging. Rarely will we ship items without original packaging but it happens. In this case, to be eligible for return, item(s) must be returned how it was received. We will keep records of how we ship items and inform you of how the item was shipped on your packing slip.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@hansbeautysupply.com (Please include your name & order number in the email). There are some exclusions for returns (see below). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photo of the condition of the item (from multiple angles if possible) would be greatly appreciated and would aid us in assessing the issue.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Chemical hair products (relaxers, shampoos, hair sprays, etc.)
  • Hair coloring products (dyes, developers, toners, powders, etc.)
  • Piercings & body jewelry (earrings, tongue rings, nose studs, etc)
  • Wigs & ponytails (drawstrings, lace wigs, buns & domes, etc.)
  • Unpackaged styling/cosmetic tools (hair shears, nail clippers, nail files, cuticle trimmers, etc.)

Only if we ship the wrong item will we accept returns from products mentioned above, BUT the item(s) must still be kept in the condition that it was received and be sure to contact us immediately.

All sales are final & we cannot accept returns on discounted, promotional, or sale items, & gift cards

 

Exchanges
Once an approved returnable item is received by us, we will ship a new, undamaged or corrected item. No refunds will be given.
